This sterile Promogran Collagen Matrix wound dressing measures 4-1/3" x 4-1/3" in a hexagon format and is composed of collagen and oxidized regenerated cellulose (ORC). In the presence of exudate it transforms into a soft, biodegradable gel that maintains a moist wound-healing environment.
