McGuff Outsourcing Solutions — Spring 2026 503B Update
Dear Valued Customers,
I wanted to personally share an update on the status of McGuff Outsourcing Solutions, our 503B outsourcing facility.
Many of you have followed us through this process for a long time. You’ve asked questions, checked in with our team, and patiently waited for updates. We appreciate it more than you know, and I’d like to share where things stand today.
Where We Are Now
In December 2025, McGuff Outsourcing Solutions (MOS) received its 503B license from the California State Board of Pharmacy—a major milestone nearly three years in the making.
Because California is our home state, this license was a critical step that allows us to move forward with the next phase of our launch, including pursuing additional state licenses needed to serve customers nationwide. We’ve been making steady progress, adding new states each week.
At the same time our California license was approved, we were completing a set of improvements to our production facility and systems. Rather than interrupt that work to rush products to market, we made the decision to finish those improvements first.
The reason is straightforward: I want MOS to be a 503B outsourcing facility you can consistently rely on—one that earns your trust with every order.
What These Improvements Mean for You
The work we’ve completed is focused on what matters most to physicians, clinics, and their patients:

- Built around how your clinic actually operates — Transparent pricing, responsive support, and fast shipping
- Expiration dating that works for your practice — Extended dating to reduce waste and last-minute pressure
We understand how frustrating it is when a product launches only to go on backorder shortly after. That is not the experience we intend to create.
Our Commitment to Supply
I want to be clear: we are not planning to launch products only to place them on backorder a month later.
Before opening products for ordering, we are building inventory and ensuring our production processes are ready to support ongoing demand. When MOS products become available, our goal is to keep them available.
That commitment is a key reason we’ve taken the extra time to prepare properly.
We are currently targeting a June 2026 product launch.
Products in Development
Our initial product focus includes the compounded sterile preparations listed on the MOS website:
- Glutathione
- Methylcobalamin
- Procaine HCL
- Alpha Lipoic Acid (ALA)
More product details, pricing, and availability will be shared as we approach launch. We will have a phased approach to selling these products to ensure the drugs and the experience is perfect.
State Licensing
State approvals continue to advance. Because licensing status can change quickly, we are updating the most current information on our website.
